Restorers Floor Mount Door Stop

I ordered seven Restorers Floor Mount Doorstops in oil-rubbed bronze. They arrived with no mounting instructions and two basic screws that don’t fit the door stops. Since these are “floor mount” door stops, there is no way a regular screw would work to attach them to the floor, so the hardware is useless. I assumed that for the price, these would arrive with working mounting hardware so I could actually attach them to my floors. I reached out to customer service three days ago to ask for advice, and haven't heard anything. I order regularly from Van Dyke's, but this was a really disappointing interaction, to say the least! I'm giving two stars because the item IS as described, and if I get the right hardware, they'll look great in my Victorian home. Wendy Lee Nentwig

I bought these when I installed new interior doors in our older home. They are very heavy duty, beautifully detailed, and install easily. I would definitly recommend them to anyone looking to add detail and character to their home.
